A Native Texan of Central & South American heritage, Michael Samuels Palucha is a first-generation Austinite whose journey is rooted in service, leadership, and a deep commitment to empowering others through real estate. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus in Business from the Bush and Mays Schools at Texas A&M University, Michael’s passion for financial literacy, real estate, and economic opportunity took shape early in his career. As a student leader in Phi Beta Lambda, Texas A&M’s largest professional business organization, he laid the foundation for his lifelong dedication to advocacy, mentorship, and community impact.
Since earning his degree in 2015, Michael has built a distinguished career in real estate and financial services, guiding clients toward strategic, high-impact results. His expertise spans real estate investments, land development, commercial and residential real estate, property management, and credit-building strategies. His leadership has played a key role in shaping Austin’s real estate landscape. He served as VP of Acquisitions at 4 Fortis Land Development (2019-2021) before co-founding Global Capital Realty, an Austin-based brokerage dedicated to delivering results-driven solutions for investors, homeowners, and industry professionals.
Michael’s passion for community service is a defining aspect of his professional journey. A founding board member of NAHREP Austin (2017), he was instrumental in establishing a platform for Hispanic professionals in real estate. He served as Membership Director (2018), Vice President (2019), and President (2020-2022), later continuing his impact as Past President (2023). His leadership extends nationally, currently serving as Co-Chair of the NAHREP Mountain Regional Corporate Board of Governors (2024-2025) following a prior term as a Board of Governors Member (2022-2023).
Beyond NAHREP, Michael has been a three-year member of the Education Committee for the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GAHCC), a board member of Austin’s HOWTO Alliance, and a 2023 member of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR) Diversity Committee. Also a recent graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program (Class of 2024), Michael continues to drive industry innovation, mentorship, and advocacy for wealth-building strategies that uplift individuals and families.
Above all, Michael strives to be a steadfast advocate and trusted resource for his clients and community—championing their goals with integrity, dedication, and a deep sense of purpose.
