Lise M. Lucci, REALTOR® is a distinguished real estate professional with over 15 years of expertise in the Austin, TX Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). As the Founder and CEO of Global Capital Realty Group (GCRG), she has built a reputation for excellence in commercial and residential real estate, land development, relocation, and concierge services. A true industry leader, Lise played a pivotal role in establishing JP & Associates Realtors (JPAR) in Austin, launching its first branch and serving as Branch Manager from 2015 to 2017. Her mentorship and leadership have guided countless agents in navigating the complexities of the real estate industry.
Lise’s impact extends beyond real estate transactions—she is deeply committed to community empowerment, diversity, and financial literacy. She founded the Austin Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) in 2017 and served as Chapter President (2017-2019), Advising Director (2020), and Emeritus Director (2021). She currently serves on the NAHREP National Mountain Region Corporate Board of Governors (2022-2025), where she continues to advocate for Hispanic homeownership and economic empowerment. Her commitment to diversity in real estate is further reflected in her work with the Austin Board of Realtors Diversity Committee (2020) and HOWTO Austin (Hispanic Organizations Working Together as One), where she actively promotes cultural agility and equitable opportunities for all.
